| Tony joined HealthSouth Emerald Coast Rehabilitation Hospital in 2003. He graduated from the University of West Florida in 1983 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and earned a certificate in public accounting (CPA) in 1985. He received a master’s degree in business administration in 1997 from New York Institute of Technology. Tony began his career in rehabilitation in 1991 as a chief financial officer in South Florida. He has nearly 10 years of experience in the rehabilitation field and more than 20 years of experience in health care. |

| Dr. Hennigan has been with HealthSouth Emerald Coast for more than ten years. He graduated from Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine in New Jersey and completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in New Jersey. Dr. Hennigan is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. |
| Kimberly M. Goebert | |
| Chief Nursing Officer | |
| Kim joined HealthSouth Emerald Coast Rehabilitation Hospital in 2004. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of South Alabama. She is the current president of the Florida Nurses Association (FNA) District 22 and the president of the Emerald Coast Bioethics Consortium. She actively serves on several nursing advisory boards. She is also a member of the American Nurses Association, National League for Nursing, International Honor Society of Nursing, Council of Healthcare Advisors, Association of Rehabilitation Nurses, Florida Bioethics Network and Association of Nurse Executives. Kim has more than 30 years of clinical and management/administrative experience in healthcare. |

| Angela graduated from the University of Alabama in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a master’s degree in business administration in 2000. She joined HealthSouth in 1997, working in the Inpatient Accounting Department. She relocated to Emerald Coast Rehabilitation Hospital in 2004. |

| Cindy joined HealthSouth in 2000 in Sunrise, Florida, and relocated to Panama City in 2002. She has worked in healthcare marketing for more than 14 years. |
| John Shepherd | |
| Director of Plant Operations/Safety Officer | |
| John is responsible for the environment of care, safety, transportation and physical maintenance/operations of the hospital. His more than 25 years of experience in maintenance/operations, his supervisory skills and knowledge of local and state regulatory codes and The Joint Commission standards are an asset to the hospital. He worked as director of plant operations to help open the hospital in 1997, left briefly and returned in 2002. |

| Director of Quality/Risk Management | |
| Lidia joined HealthSouth Emerald Coast Rehabilitation Hospital in 2007 following a 22-year career in the United States Air Force. She graduated from William Patterson College in New Jersey with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and earned a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Troy University in Alabama. Lidia is dual certified as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Administrators (ACHE) and a Nurse Executive. Lidia is the president of the Panhandle Local Program Council of the ACHE North Florida Chapter. She is also a member of the International Honor Society of Nursing. Lidia has 30 years of healthcare experience with five years experience in hospital accreditation and patient safety. |
